A Reversible Transformation and Related Sets of Legendre Coefficients

An algebraic transformation for infinite sets is discussed. Summation formulas for the psi function which lead to zeta (2n-1) are communicated. The Legendre coefficients of certain analytical functions behave essentially as (n sup (-r)) where r is an integer.
