A complete discussion is given of the authors' precision measurement of the hyperfine-structure interval of the ground state of muonium at a weak magnetic field (about 3 G) using the resolved transitions (F,(M sub f))=(1, plus or minus 1)-(0,0), and at a very weak magnetic field (about 10 mG) using unresolved transitions delta F=plus or minus 1).
