摘要

The report describes efforts to develop the theory and methods required to fabricate 20microcircuit uhf prescalers or divide-by-five counters. The prescalers are to operate reliably from 225to 400MHz. The devices,circuits,and processes to fabricate the prescalers in monolithic form were selected. (Author)
