A Two-Channel Analog-to-Digital Converter for the Tektronix 909 Scientific Calculator

The design and construction of an analog-to-digital converter for interface with the Tektronix 909 Scientific Calculator was undertaken. Use of the calculator was greatly enhanced in the area of data processing by allowing on-line sampling and processing of two simultaneous signals. An investigation into the feasibility of using the 909, the A/D and a D/A in the simulation of sampled data systems, or as a digital controller for a continuous plant was conducted. (Author)
