This special Appendix describes the results of a portion of the Survey Scope Study on Wastewater Management Alternatives for the Cleveland-Akron Three Rivers Watershed Area. This portion contained herein is related to the water-based treatment of municipal wastewater and stormwater. The industrial waste treatment, land-based treatment, and plan formulation was carried out by others and are the subjects of other specialty appendices. The Specialty Appendices are being combined to form the background for the Survey Scope Study Report. (Author)
