A revision of this atlas of mean monthly sea temperature charts at the surface and five subsurface levels for the Red-Sea wil become a part of an atlas covering the Atlantic Ocean and adjacent seas, 100 degrees W - 45 degrees E, although from an oceanographic standpoint the Red Sea should be considered with the Gulf of Aden and Arabian Sea.
