Treatment of Wastewaters from Military Field Laundry,Shower,and Kitchen Units.

A field study was conducted to evaluate a wastewater treatment process utilizing powdered activated carbon, a cationic polyelectrolyte and a modified standard Army water purification unit. Wastewaters used as feedwaters were effluents from field military shower,laundry,and kitchen units and a commercial laundromat. (Modified author abstract)
