X-Ray Diffraction Investigations of Atomic Arrangements About the Diffusion Zones in Cu-Ni and Cu-Ag Alloys

Development and application of x-ray techniques for examining diffusion zones are described. Study of diffusion damage to a specimen containing an electrodeposit of Ni on a copper single crystal is reported. (Author)
