This report is the second of five volumes describing a new method for determining the maintenance manpower requirements of new aircraft. This volume provides a detailed description of the procedures for using the Logistics Composite Model (LCOM) to determine maintenance manpower required for a new weapon system. It is intended to service as a manual of instruction and methodological source document.
