摘要

AFROTC cadets learned an aircraft instrument comprehension task by reading self-instructional materials. No significant changes in posttest scores occurred when practice items were added to the materials or when simulator rides were offered as incentives. However, cadets who practiced the task and cadets who were offered the incentive performed faster on the posttest than those who only read the materials.
