Reduction of the Administrative Workload in Army National Guard Units.

摘要

The purpose of this study is to determine the administrative workload in Army National Guard units at all levels of operation and to recommend to Chief, National Guard Bureau methods for reducing the workload through the elimination, consolidation and modernization of reports, forms and administrative procedures. The study effort encompasses a comprehensive staff level review of Army and Army National Guard documents which contribute to the administrative workload, and a series of personal field interviews of commanders and administrative personnel at all levels, covering many types of unit operations.
