Digital Address Thin Display Tube.

摘要

The report describes the progress which occurred during the sixth quarter of a Research and Development contract to develop a 512 x 512resolution-element display with a resolution of 55holes-per-inch. This digitally addressed thin display-tube is being developed to evaluate and demonstrate the feasibility of using this display concept to meet Army requirements for a computer-output display. During the sixth quarter,work continued in the plate-fabrication area. Parts for both switching-stacks were completed;however,some rework of one of the switching-plates may be required. Major progress occurred in the tube-development area. (Modified author abstract)
