Temperature Dependence of CO2Laser Radiation Absorption in SF6-Air Mixtures,

摘要

Experimental results for the temperature dependence of the 10.6micrometer absorption coefficient of SF6-air mixtures are presented. A summary from previous works is also presented which provides complete variations of absorption coefficient with pressure,wavelength,and temperature. This fundamental physical data provides insight into the understanding of laser radiation absorption mechanisms in SF6-air mixtures. (Author)
