摘要

The report describes an investigation to select from available technology the analytical tools that,when properly structured,would provide a methodology for designing and/or evaluating the performance of vehicles and roads as a transport system. In addition,the compatibility values were to be expressed in terms that would convey an understanding of the benefits available or modifications required to attain required benefits.
