摘要

It was shown that even mild plasma transfusion reactions will result in renal pathologic damage. Early biopsies at 4or 24hr showed glomerular and interstitial capillary thrombi, glomerular basement membrane thickening and foot process fusion,and proximal tubule cell damage with fibrinogen antigen in tubule cells and lumens. These changes were subtle and usually found only by electron or immunofluorescence microscopy. Later biopsies at seven days showed resolution of glomerular and tubule cell damage,disappearance of capillary thrombi,and transfer of tubule lumen fibrinogen into the renal interstitium. The findings provide morphologic evidence for local fibrinolysis in capillaries. Proximal tubule cell fibrinogen was associated with cellular damage. (Author)
