Use of a Computer in Planning Surveys Employing the Stereotopographic Method.

A program was developed, using the M-222 computer, for selecting the optimal technical project variants for surveys in the scales 1:25,000 - 1:2000 based on the stereotopographic method. The program involves five blocks, from calculation of the possible scales of aerial photography for photogrammetric clustering of the reference geodetic net to calculating the labor and monetary outlays by process variants, and selecting the optimal technical process variant.
