A brief field evaluation of a powder actuated stud driver manufactured by the Ramset Fastening System,Winchester-Western Division of Olin Mathieson Industries,was made to determine its suitability for underwater salvage and repair use. The tool was found to be satisfactory and was recommended for use in the U.S. Navy. (Author)
