The report presents a brief description of the wire,thermo and plasma spray processes and their respective applicabilities in the repair of Naval ordnance Station,Louisville,for using thermo and plasma spray processes and the equipment and facilities installed. Included is information pertaining to familiarization of personnel with the processes,safety and environmental protection,product quality and cost savings,together with examples of procedures and standards adopted to ensure responsible control.
