摘要

The scattering of electromagnetic waves from the ocean surface when a current is present is studied. The electromagnetic waves are singly scattered by two-dimensional linear surface gravity waves interacting with a surface current. The surface is described in terms of a Wigner function, i.e.,the spectral density,which has finite spatial gradients. The effect of two dimensions on the spectral perturbation is explored in a preliminary calculation for a Phillip's ambient spectrum. (Author)
