Two methods for colorimetrically analyzing trace amounts of N,N'-di-t-butylethylenediimine (CS 815799) are presented:the 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone hydrochloride (MBTH) and 4,5-dihydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid,disodium salt (chromotropic acid).
