Test results on the First Article Samples showed that subject device could satisfy the intended purpose well. On the approval of the First Article Samples and authorization of starting the Pilot Production Run, the device and encapsulation designs, process and test procedures, and production line organization were reviewed and updated. Modifications for improvements are reported. Initial samples were processed through the line to permit further verification of the production tooling and piece parts. Long term tests were initiated while other materials are issued on a regular interval for the demonstration of production rate.
