During the SST prototype program, the following Boeing process specification and related engineering acceptance criteria were established for aluminum-brazed titanium honeycomb sandwich panels: XBAC 5967 Aluminum-Brazed Titanium Honeycomb (Process Specification), D6A11823-1 Non-Destructive Testing Quality Acceptance Criteria for Aluminum-Brazed Titanium Honeycomb. These data were utilized as baseline process controls for aluminum brazing of titanium honeycomb sandwich hardware required by the Phase II DOT/SST technology follow-on program. This volume of the final report provides a copy of Specification XBAC 5967 and Document D6A11823-1 for reference purposes. (Author)
