Development of an Optimal Operating Policy for Module A1of SCAMP Project.

A computer simulation,entitled Simulation and Analysis Manufacturing Systems,is used in the development of an optimal operating policy for the SCAMP Module A1production system. Analysis is performed in the areas of tool repair policy,system configuration,and hours of operation. The best policy is based on the maximization of production of the system and the minimization of cost.
