摘要

The technology and impact of the Aquatic Plant Control Program are summarized in the report. Detailed studies on the integrated control (biological control plus chemical control) of alligator weed and water hyacinth concern the environmental aspects,fundamentals of drift control by droplet size selection,herbicides as antipollutants,phenoxy herbicide residues and their persistance,and plant control problems encountered at a reservoir in Texas.
