Job Performance Aids (JPAs) primarily tell how tasks are to be accomplished. JPAs are step-by-step instructions for use in work areas and are also background training for psychological task preparedness. JPAs are intended for use in performance of tasks. They are based on the premise that anyone can perform technical tasks if specific instructions are given on the intellectual level of the performer. This report contains simplified engineering writing, techniques, and illustrating instructions.
