A Note on Second Order Conditions for Pseudo-Convexity.

Nereau and Paquet have given a necessary and a sufficient second order condition for pseudo-convexity. This note gives a necessary condition which is equivalent to the Mereau and Paquet result but which has the advantage of computational tractability because it employs the eigenvalues of the Hessian.
