Heat capacity measurements from 4K to 32K are presented for chemical-vapor-deposited Nb3Ge with a superconducting transition temperature of 21.2K. A search for evidence of a lattice transformation in heat capacity, resistivity, and temperature derivative of resistivity, reveals no anomalies up to 65K. (Author)
