A program for the evaluation of selected cryptanalytic techniques for the retrieval of engineering data was conceived, designed and made ready for implementation. Utilization of cryptanalytic techniques allow the engineer to access a highly structured, fixed format data base via a free format English-language input query. Due to limited funds this test was not completed during this contract. (Author)
