Potential Antimalarials Structurally Related to Quinine.

摘要

Described briefly is a research project in which a synthetic route providing easy access to a variety of quinoline-methanols possessing the quinine ring system was developed. Eight target compounds were synthesized but found to lack antimalarial activity. Journal articles from this research are included.
