This document presents complete detailed computer algorithms for implementing Intermittent Positive Control (IPC) within a multi-site Discrete Address Beacon System (DABS) network. This document is to be used by the Federal Aviation Administration to specify the IPC system which is to be provided as an integral part of the DABS Phase 2 system by the DABS System Development Contractor.
