Modernization of a Portable IDC Test Set.

Discussed in this report is the modernization of a digital design for a Portable Instrument Data Converter Test Set. The modernized design incorporates maintainability concepts and calls for fabrication utilizing an optimization technique to minimize the amount of wire required. Also included in this report for the benefit of the user, is an explanation of the operation of the test set along with a maintenance procedure to follow in repairing the test set in case of failure.
