The purpose of this study is to investigate the water and related land resource problems in the Bassett Creek watershed and to develop the most suitable plan to solve them. The project would provide protection against a flood having a 100-year frequency. Also included in the plan are recreational bikeways and hiking trails along the creek in Minneapolis. (Author)
