Do the hardware and software security features of the Air Force Data Services Center (AFDSC) Multics system comply with the Department of Defense security requirements. To answer this question AFDSC commissioned MITRE to undertake a study to compare intrinsic features of the AFDSC Multics system with the applicable requirements set forth in DoD Requirement 5200.28 and expanded upon in DoD Manual 5200.28-M.
