Thin Film Transistor Addressed Display Device.

摘要

This is the eleventh quarterly report on Contract DAAB07-72-0061. During this period we have improved the quality level of the 6in. x 6in. 30 lpi TFT-EL displays. In addition we have rebuilt the jigs and tooling and fabricated 30 lpi displays using a new format. This format was designed to be compatible with the ECOM-ARTADS Digital Message Device. A few runs with the new tooling resulted in reasonably good quality displays in the new format. (Author)
