The Growing Utility of Political Terrorism.

摘要

This paper addresses the growing utility of terrorism in effecting political change. The rationality and morality of terrorist movements are discussed with an explanation of current world conditions and technological advances which make terrorism an attractive alternate to formal warfare. Terms of reference are defined and a likely scenario for the use of the terrorism during the 1977-1990 frame is postulated. (Author)
