摘要

Phosphines and arsines have long been investigated as ligands for rhodium in the hydroformylation of olefins. Detailed mechanistic investigations of the hydroformylation mechanism were reported by Wilkinson et al.,using RhH(CO) (PPh3)3as the catalyst. It has generally been found that rhodium complexes are more active oxo catalysts than cobalt compounds which permits their use at low reaction temperatures giving a minimum of byproducts. In general,rhodium catalyzed hydroformylations can be carried out at temperatures from 40-140degrees pressures from 50-1500psi. Under these conditions the selectivity to aldehydes is greater than 99%.
