Simple WKB Eigenvalue Expressions for Van der Waals Molecules.

摘要

Eigenvalue expressions for van der Waals molecules are obtained in the WKB approximation. Exact WKB results for the oxygen-oxygen van der Waals molecule are in excellent agreement with the numerical solution of the Schroedinger equation. Also obtained are explicit, but approximate eigenvalue expressions, which give values which are in fair agreement with the exact result. (Author)
