Computer-Based Graphic Simulations for Tactical Communications Training.

摘要

The research investigated the use of two-dimensional simulation of the controls and displays of an antisubmarine warfare jet. The purpose was to examine the use of the simulation methodology for training performance skills. The results showed that students liked the training and felt that it had been effective in helping them master the requisite skills. An evaluation by fleet-experienced operators supported these findings. Features of the computer-based training system were discussed, and recommendations for needed research were made. (Author)
