Trend and Error Analysis Methodology System.

The Trend and Error Analysis Methodology System (TEAMS) has been developed for the Defense Intelligence Directorate of Estimates (DIA-DE-1) to provide a computer-based data management system which will (a) store past projections prepared by DE-1, (b) perform simple statistical operations to detect and quantify errors in these projections, and (c) provide output in tabular and graphic formats for use in internal quality control and in the preparation of briefing charts and diagrams. The final report provides an overview of TEAMS. In addition, Program Specifications and User's Manual have been prepared for more limited distribution. (Author)
