On the Techniques for Preparing Refractory Metal Hydrogen Alloys for T.E.M. Studies.

The preparation of refractory metal - hydrogen alloys for T.E.M. studies has presented many experimental difficulties. It is the purpose of this note to report some of the problems encountered and to describe a successful procedure for specimen preparation. (Author)
