Vibration Test on Seek Cluster Bomb Container.

摘要

The Air Force Packaging Evaluation Agency undertook a project to test and evaluate a second container for the seek cluster bomb head. The weapon is packed in a center section of the AGM-12C (Bullpup warhead) container. This testing was initiated at the request of personnel from ADTC/SDMT Eglin AFB FL as part of a container comparison and evaluation program. the subject container successfully passed all phases of the test and was shown to provide adequate protection to the seek cluster head and can safely be used in all environments simulated by this test.
