This report is concerned with measurement and evaluation of Distributed Data Processing (DDP) research and the products of that research. A measure of completeness and conformity to the statement of work is included. Two design technology evaluation models are presented. An evaluation of the literature on research measurement is discussed, and a particular set of criteria and a research measurement approach are suggested. (Author)
