Determination of the Best Set of Characteristics for an US Army Digital Card Tester.

A study to determine the best set of characteristics for a semi-automatic, general purpose digital card tester (DCT); to estimate its cost; and to describe its intended applications. The study culminated in the development of a recommended set of characteristics for an Army DCT based on US Army maintenance concepts, fault detection/isolation requirements, and related cost data.
