Methods for Comparing Counterweapon System Developments in Terms of Contributions to Force Effectiveness

This is the final report of Vector Research, Incorporated, (VRI) efforts under contract DAAK30-78-C-0022. Under this contract, BRI designed methods for the comparative analysis of weapon system developments which could be used in analyzing counter weapon designs. The methods were demonstrated with analyses of artillery-related problems. (Author)
