This report presents a detailed discussion of the results obtained in a study conducted to evaluate the release of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's) during open-water disposal of contaminated dredged material in Elliott Bay, Puget Sound, Washington. Appendices A'-E' to this volume present the raw data tables, descriptions of materials and techniques, along with the computer program used for PCB data reduction and a sample input and output. The appendices were reproduced in microfiche and are enclosed in an envelope attached inside the back cover of this report.
