Walsh-Function Representation of Shift Registers with Stochastic Inputs.

A Walsh-Hadamard description for the operation of linear-feedback shift registers is presented. It is used to study the transient and steady-state behavior at the outputs of shift registers with respect to a stochastic input and an initial register state. (Author)
