The Electro/Mechanical Telephone Switching Equipment Repairman job inventory was administered during the period February 1977 through May 1977. Survey results are based on responses from 777 of the 1,109 incumbents assigned to the 362X1/36294 career ladder. This represents 70 percent of all assigned personnel.
