First lot samples of the custom integrated circuit were evaluated and found to have excessive gate leakage and transconductance was grossly mismatched between the transistors of a complimentary pair. Process adjustments will be made to correct the deficiencies. The hybrid circuit packaging was finalized. It was necessary to increase the MCTCXO volume 15% over specification to accommodate the final design. Equipment for abrasive trimming the compensation network resistors to value was obtained.
