The dam is a zoned earth embankment dam which is 760 ft. long and 38 ft. high. The dam is considered to be in good condition. To assure the long term performance of the dam there are several items which require attention. The dam is intermediate in size with a significant hazard potential. Additional remedial measures should be implemented by the owner within a two year period after receipt of the Phase I inspection report.
