摘要

This study supports the pay comparability study efforts of OASD(MRAL) by identifying nonpecuniary benefits that may be worthy of consideration in the Federal pay comparability process. The objective of this study was to identify nonpecuniary factors that may be worthy of consideration in the Federal pay comparability process. In order to meet this objective, the contractor was required to perform the following tasks: (1) Meet with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative to discuss the project approach. (2) Conduct a thorough review to identify which nonpecuniary factors have been addressed in the literature. (3) Chart the development of the use of nonpecuniary factors as work rewards. (4) Identify the major and minor nonpecuniary factors to provide the basis for further research.
